1. 14-Day Free Trial

myAdvaisor offers a 14-day free trial for eligible customers.

You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan selected during signup.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year, unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and unused subscription time is not refunded.

3. European Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.

Where applicable, EU law may provide a 14-day withdrawal right for online contracts. If you expressly request that myAdvaisor begin providing the service during this period, applicable rules may require payment for the service provided before withdrawal.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or where myAdvaisor approves a refund.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, including for a duplicate or erroneous charge, please contact us and we will review the issue.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

You can cancel through your myAdvaisor account, where available, or by contacting our support team.

For refund requests, please provide your account email address and relevant transaction details.

Where a refund is due, it will generally be made using the original payment method.
